For all those who’ve said to themselves “Why oh why did Sid have to make SMR look like a cartoon” Theres hope on the horizon. A new mod has been developed called Sid Meier’s Railroads!: Intercontinental. It adds twenty new maps and numerous new trains and goods. Easy to install all you need to do is hop over to our ModDB page and grab the installer.

PS: If you installed the Santa map from Fraxis please uninstall it before installing SMRI.

    wow i downloaded it but IDk how to make it work on sid miers. Do u have to do something on the gane to get the trains?

    I thaught you could only link up 8 cars for a train and just 1 locomotive how did you do that?

    LOL I can’t play the game either it always freezes. And for some reason I couldn’t find all the stuff I need to download it.

    but even i apply both the patches, my game still crashes/freezes/not responding and i had to restart my computer or try other ways to get to see the desktop…

    Yes, although you only need to apply the second patch since it has all the updates of the first.

    if its the full game, did you update it witht he 2 patches?

    Full game, no one has tried to apply mods to the demo. It likely would not work since the demo is missing about three fourths of the full game’s assets.
